Get up and running in under 5 minutes!
Step 1: Create Your Account

- Go to trackmeplus.com
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Click Create Account
You’re now logged in!
Step 2: Add Your First Medication
2 minutes
- Click Medications in the navigation
- Click Add Medication
- Fill in the basics:

- Click Save Medication

Step 3: Log Your First Dose

Option A - From Dashboard (Easiest)
- Click Dashboard
- Find your medication in “Today’s Schedule”
- Check the Done box
Option B - Manual Entry
- Click Doses
- Click Add Dose
- Select medication, enter date/time/amount
- Click Save Dose
Step 4: View Your Schedule
30 seconds
- Click Dashboard
- See “Today’s Schedule” widget
- Use the date picker to view other days
- Click Print or Email to share

Unit Calculation Reference
For injectable vials, TrackMe+ automatically calculates syringe units:
Units = (Dose mg ÷ (Vial mg ÷ BAC water mL)) × 100
Example: 0.5mg dose from a 10mg vial reconstituted with 2mL BAC water:
Units = (0.5 ÷ (10 ÷ 2)) × 100 = 10 units
