Quick Start Guide
Get up and running in under 5 minutes!
Step 1: Create Your Account

- Go to trackmeplus.com on your computer or phone
- Click Sign Up (or use Sign in with Apple for instant one-tap setup)
- Enter your name and email, or continue with Apple
- Click Create Account
You’re in! TrackMe+ automatically detects your device and loads the right version — desktop on a computer, mobile on a phone.
Step 2: Add Your First Medication
2 minutes
- Click My Medications in the navigation (labeled Meds on mobile)
- Click Add Medication
- Fill in the basics:

- Click Save Medication
Your medication is now tracking!
Step 3: Log Your First Dose
1 minute
- Click Today in the navigation
- Find your medication in the schedule table
- Check the Done box — that’s it!
Need to log a past dose? Use the date picker on the Today page to navigate back, then check it off.

What’s Next?
- Add more medications as needed
- Log doses daily to build your history
- Track lab results — click Lab Results (or Labs on mobile) to start tracking bloodwork
- Skip doses you intentionally miss — keeps your records honest
- Check your adherence — go to Reports to see how consistently you’re staying on protocol
Quick Tips

TrackMe+ automatically loads the mobile version when you visit trackmeplus.com on your phone. For the best experience, install it as a home screen app:
iPhone/iPad
- Open Safari and go to trackmeplus.com
- Log in to your account
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add
Android
- Open Chrome and go to trackmeplus.com
- Log in to your account
- Tap the three dots menu
- Tap Add to Home screen
Now you have a TrackMe+ icon on your home screen that opens like a native app!
